5. Subscription and Membership Terms
Certain content and services are accessible only through paid membership. Where a paid subscription is required, details of pricing, duration and access rights will be clearly displayed at the point of purchase.
By purchasing a subscription, you enter into a contract for digital services. Payment authorises access to gated content for the subscription period specified. If subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis, you authorise recurring billing in accordance with the stated terms.
Stack Your Cash reserves the right to change subscription pricing upon reasonable notice. Any change will not affect the current paid period but may apply upon renewal.
Access to paid content is conditional upon receipt of cleared payment. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Consumer Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers purchasing digital content online generally have a fourteen-day cancellation period. However, where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase and the user has expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that cancellation rights are waived once access begins, the right to cancel may be lost.
By accessing paid digital content immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you may waive your statutory cancellation rights.
Refunds are not ordinarily provided once access to digital content has commenced, unless required by law.
