Welcome to Stackyourcash

Investment education, blog insights and resources for beginners and everyday investors

Stack Your Cash is an investment education platform and blog designed to help people understand how investing really works.

I’ve been a retail investor for more than 30 years, learning about financial markets the same way most people do — by getting involved, making mistakes, asking questions and gradually understanding what actually matters.

When I first started investing, there were no online investment blogs, social media communities or digital learning platforms. Most people learned through books, observation and experience.

Over time, that journey teaches you something theory alone cannot provide: real-world experience of how investing behaves in practice.

I know what it feels like to be a beginner investor, faced with financial jargon and wondering whether everyone else has access to some secret handbook you’ve missed.

I also know the confidence that comes from having a clear investment framework, reliable learning resources and a long-term plan.

That is exactly why Stack Your Cash exists.

A Practical Investment Blog and Learning Platform

Stack Your Cash is where I share what I’ve learned — not as a financial adviser providing recommendations, but as an investment coach focused on education and learning.

This site is not about:

• stock tips
• market predictions
• quick wins

Instead, the focus is on helping people build investment knowledge and financial confidence through clear explanations and practical education.

Here you’ll find:

• a regularly updated investment blog
• beginner-friendly learning guides
• practical financial education resources
• plain-English explanations of investing concepts
• insights into pensions, tax and long-term investing

The goal is simple: help people understand investing so they can make better financial decisions over time.

Investment Education Designed for Real People

Alongside the blog, Stack Your Cash offers structured investment education programmes that guide investors step-by-step through the fundamentals of investing.

These learning modules cover topics such as:

• understanding investment risk
• diversification and portfolio building
• long-term investing principles
• the role of ISAs and pensions

The content is designed for everyday investors, not finance professionals, and can be followed at your own pace.

Free Content and Membership

A selection of free investment content is available across the site. Anyone can explore the Stack Your Cash blog and educational articles, which cover key investment topics including risk, diversification, market behaviour and personal finance.

You’ll also find free investment resources and useful links to trusted financial information designed to support beginner investors who want to start learning about investing in a clear and structured way.

For those who want to go deeper, most of the site is available through the Stack Your Cash membership area.

Membership (£15 per year) provides access to:

• the full investment education programme
• detailed explainers and learning guides
• portfolio planning frameworks and worksheets
• additional investment resources and research
• future community features and tools
